Phantomgogo is a brand that operates as an Amazon retailer and wholesaler for Costco and BJ's, selling e-bikes and scooters. This combination project was used for one of the featured products, and I was responsible for designing the promotional materials. I was thrilled by the positive feedback from various teammates and my boss on the package box approach. The whole package meets Costco's standards and allows us to launch our new product on the wholesale market. At the same time, the user manual plays a significant role in product instruction due to its images and concise layout.

The priority of the project scope is that the package is the most essential component. To ensure the scooter fits the packaging, I asked our technical department to obtain the parameters and define the box size, which was also crucial information for all print design assets.

The R1 Intro Video is used on Amazon's product detail pages and trade show presentation scenarios. I proceed with this sub-project as part of a cross-functional team, which includes a model and a photographer. My role involved video editing, participating in footage, and assisting with camera movements to achieve the desired visual flow.

During the project creation timeline, we were informed that black is another optional color for the R1 scooter. Our boss loves the design I made, but they want to use the 'Red' tone for this new black R1. I tested it on a sample box and incidentally determined that the paper type was within budget, because it affects the texture of the entire package.

Overall, the project was completed within the set timeline. One factor to consider was the paper type, as the final quality of the print project sometimes depends on the paper we specify. During the conversation with the print shop, I suggested that my boss print a sample within the small budget before volume production, as this helps us estimate and decide on the print budget more effectively.
